Course Description: This course is intended to provide students with the opportunity to practice clinical skills in both an inpatient and outpatient environment under the supervision of a physician. The purpose of this practicum is to teach effective communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills. It is intended that students will apply their knowledge learned in this course in an academic setting at their next internship site.
