MLT 4411 is a practicum course designed to prepare you for the Advanced Practice Nurse (APRN) licensure exam. Successful completion of the clinical component of the course is a prerequisite to continuing in this curriculum. The practicum component begins after successful completion of the clinical course. Prerequisites: MLT 4200 and MLT 4250 with a grade of C or better; minimum grade of D required

Course Description: This course is intended to provide students with the opportunity to practice clinical skills in both an inpatient and outpatient environment under the supervision of a physician. The purpose of this practicum is to teach effective communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
