General Education Outcome: DRA is a requirement for all students who plan to major in Drama.

In this course students will become acquainted with the development of drama from ancient Greece to the present. The course will study the nature of drama in different cultures and consider their relation to social and political issues. This course will analyse the ways that drama can promote or resist change and examine examples of new approaches to drama in a range of contexts.
