Course Description
This course explores the many aspects of hematologic diseases, including their epidemiology, pathophysiology, diagnosis, treatment and outcomes. This course includes a comprehensive review of both basic and clinical aspects of blood cell dysfunctions; as well as the underlying causes of each disorder.
Additionally, all courses within this major will include a study of the current management of selected hematologic disorders. This course will be offered in accordance with an alternative schedule.
