Course Classifications. This course is a continuation of CSM355, Construction Processes I (CSM355). Prerequisites: Successful completion of CSM355 with a grade of C or better, and approval from the instructor. This course is designed to be taken as part of the construction management curriculum. The course will provide students with the opportunity to demonstrate their ability to apply knowledge learned in previous courses through practice of construction management tasks. This course will also introduce additional skills and knowledge needed to be an effective

This course is a continuation of CSM 355, and provides the student with further opportunity to master the building processes related to construction. The main focus of this course will be on construction sequence and planning, as well as construction documentation.
