LIT503 Course Syllabus
I. Course Description This course introduces students to the process of literary analysis. In addition to reviewing concepts in literary theory and criticism, we will explore literary works through close reading exercises, group discussions, and presentations. Students will also be required to read assigned texts for class discussion. Students who have completed level one and two courses in English literature will have the opportunity to take additional sections of this course as “credit by examination” toward their baccalaureate degree.
