This seminar will explore the multidisciplinary field of terrorism and homeland security. The course will include presentations on terrorism, its history, causes, and consequences. Students will also examine the interplay between the physical security of US infrastructure, economic and information technology security, and the political and social implications of growing extremism in some Muslim populations.
