– GrauniadThe emphasis of this course is on a technique called Digital Sculpting. The main goal is to create a realistic and non- photo-realistic 3D digital model of a human figure.

This course is focused on modeling, texturing, lighting and rendering. We will use RealFlow in the beginning, but quickly transition to Substance Painter in the later portions of the course.

Note that it is intended for students who have very little or no knowledge about digital sculpting before taking this

Learn to sculpt the human form in digital sculpting. In this course, we will work in 3D Studio Max and Lightwave with a focus on creating realistic and organic forms. We will spend time looking at the fundamentals of how to create a character’s muscles and skin, along with how to sculpt details such as wrinkles and aging. By working through each lesson, you will gain an understanding of the process of creating digital figurative art.
