The primary focus of this course will be on a practical understanding of instrumentation and measurement instruments for industrial systems. Students will learn how to apply measurement techniques to industrial problems, and use instruments in the laboratory and work environment. Class exercises will require students to apply various instrumentation techniques to real-world problems. Although the emphasis is on practical applications, some theoretical concepts will be addressed.
