EFL599 Course Pre-requisites

This course is a year-long practice-based project in which students will be given responsibility for teaching, managing and developing a course. It will consist of six full-time placements with supervisors. The course provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain experience in teaching English, using the language as an effective tool for learning, whilst developing their professional skills and attributes.

In addition to the supervised teaching placement, all students will also attend one seminar each week from Monday to Thursday during term time.
