This module provides a detailed account of the essential concepts and core principles that are central to becoming an expert in the teaching of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This module will explore current trends and controversies within the field of SEN, seeking to identify gaps in knowledge and explore ways in which these can be addressed. The module will look at how children learn and develop, building on the foundations of an educational psychology course already studied (Edu483)
