Instructor: Eddy Duran, Ph.D. This course presents a look at the process of instructing in a competency-based classroom and the factors that must be considered when developing an instructional plan for such a classroom. This includes an overview of the ways that students learn; the characteristics of learning; how to teach in a way that promotes student success; and considerations related to technology as it relates to instruction.
