The purpose of this course is to explore the various leadership theories and practices associated with reflecting on current practice and learning new skills. Reflective leadership practices are part of the development of a reflective leader. The instructor will provide classroom activities for you to learn about reflection, discuss both positive and negative reflections, and practice your own personal reflective skills as well as being guided through the process of developing reflective leadership skills using current examples, stories, best practices and self-assessment tools in a real world setting.
