In this course, students will learn effective pedagogy for teaching and leading mathematics. Students will examine the cognitive, social and personal characteristics of the learner, as well as analyze the impact of technology on learning mathematics. Students will identify ways to integrate technology into their teaching to support student learning and achievement. This course also addresses strategies for effectively evaluating student work in order to continuously improve instruction.

1. Summative Assessment: Summative assessment will be used to assess the course and its objectives. The summative assessment will include an end-of-semester test and a final exam.
