This course is an introduction to the principles and practices of effective adult learning. We will focus on the interaction between adult learners and the adult learning environment, using a variety of activities designed to engage participants in active learning. In addition, we will explore the different strategies that are used to enhance adult student involvement and motivation in order to foster positive change in organizational learning cultures.
