Course Description This course is designed to teach students how to bake cakes using both traditional techniques as well as modern ones. Students will be taught how to accurately measure ingredients and cut through the layers of the cake. Cakes will be made in a professional bakery setting, and students will also have the opportunity to bake their own cakes for future use in class.
