This model is required by the School Board of Education to be used for evaluation of teachers. Students must have taken CJ550 in order to graduate. This course focuses on the techniques and tools to evaluate organizational performance in a variety of settings, including criminal justice agencies, universities, government agencies, and private organizations. Various assessment tools and methods will be explored for assessing organizational effectiveness with emphasis on how organizational effectiveness is measured and influenced by management decisions and operational practices.
