CJ308 Course Introduction
Cybercrime is one of the key areas of law that I practice. However, it is not as well known to most people as other areas of law such as Tax Law, Criminal Law, Intellectual Property Law etc. In this course, we will be covering the key areas of criminal law and its relationship to cybercrime. We will also be looking at how criminal law applies to the Internet and various Internet-related offences. Our discussions will be in the context of an international perspective.
