The process of action research starts with a question or problem, then gathering data from your environment, analyzing the data and then drawing inferences and making changes to your situation based on your analysis. This can be a challenging task when you are in the midst of building your business, but it is the only way to know if you are getting better at what you do.

Final Exam is about 2000 words in length. The exam is worth 30% of your final grade and will be collected on the last day of class (May 5th, 2016).
