is a course for aviation students enrolled in CTP311 and CTP315. Course content will be based on the following topics: Airspace, Air Traffic Control, Airspace Management and Airport Operations and Management.
Note: Students may take this course outside of a traditional semester or year. Please contact the Aviation Department if you would like to register for an online class.

This course is a total of 6.0 hours of credit, with an emphasis on hands-on experience in the use of air traffic control systems and procedures as well as air traffic control center operations. The course is based on the common core of ATMS 301 at UHCC. Prerequisite: Completion of AT310L Lab. (Must be completed within one calendar year after starting this course.)
