Course Overview The purpose of the Air Force Leadership Studies I (AS301) course is to develop and practice leadership skills necessary to be successful in airmanship, as well as general military readiness. During the 12-week training program, the student must demonstrate his ability to organize and prioritize work in a clear, logical manner; he must make sound decisions, apply relevant concepts and principles; and he must follow prescribed procedures.
The assignments in this course are designed to provide practice in developing and organizing ideas.
