The course presents concepts, attitudes, skills, knowledge, and values necessary to develop a positive self-image and to conduct oneself in ways which will enhance individual effectiveness. We will concentrate on leadership traits associated with the development of successful leaders.
This is a 3 credit hour, online course.

Course Overview The purpose of the Air Force Leadership Studies I (AS301) course is to develop and practice leadership skills necessary to be successful in airmanship, as well as general military readiness. During the 12-week training program, the student must demonstrate his ability to organize and prioritize work in a clear, logical manner; he must make sound decisions, apply relevant concepts and principles; and he must follow prescribed procedures.
