This course will develop an understanding of how leadership can be used in a variety of contexts, leading to self-awareness and empowerment.
This class is designed to help you understand what it takes to be a leader. It will address the steps leaders use to engage followers and motivate them to take action. It will help you examine different leadership styles and determine which ones best suit your personal style and organizational goals. Lastly, it will teach you how to utilize personal attributes like assertiveness, cooperation, integrity, confidence

This is the second of a two-semester laboratory course which focuses on leadership theories and case studies.
