AS101L Week 3 Objectives
This lab will focus on the purpose of leadership, theories of leadership and characteristics of successful leaders. Each student will be required to prepare and deliver a presentation to the class regarding their assigned topic as well as share their thinking about leadership. In addition, students will be challenged to discuss aspects of leadership using a rubric developed by the instructor. A reflective journal in which you identify aspects of your leadership that you would like to improve or build upon is also required.
