This lab will focus on the purpose of leadership, theories of leadership and characteristics of successful leaders. Each student will be required to prepare and deliver a presentation to the class regarding their assigned topic as well as share their thinking about leadership. In addition, students will be challenged to discuss aspects of leadership using a rubric developed by the instructor.
