This course is designed to provide the basics of air carrier operations. The primary objective of this course is to provide an understanding of basic air carrier operations which can be applied to real world situations. Students will learn about air carrier operations, types of aircraft used, how airplanes work, and types of cargo carried by air carriers. At the end of this course students will be able to communicate effectively and confidently in a business environment, understand airline policies and procedures, and effectively operate an airplane.
