You’ll be able to understand and apply the theory and techniques of financial accounting as they relate to business decisions. You’ll be able to apply these techniques within a company context and have a good understanding of financial reporting issues. you’ll achieve an awareness of the implications of accounting standard-setting. ACC702 Course Pre-requisites
ACC702 – Advanced Topics in Financial Reporting II (ACC702) is the next level of the ACC700 series. This course is for students who have completed all courses in the series (i.e., ACC700, ACC702, and ACC704). The course will build upon the knowledge and skills acquired in previous courses to better prepare students to perform more complex assignments in financial reporting and analysis. It also provides students with experience in preparing presentations using PowerPoint as well as developing a portfolio for their final projects.
