Course Description
This course focuses on the research methodology, statistical analysis and program evaluation. This course will cover descriptive and inferential statistics as well as the application of the results to address social issues in a variety of settings. The class will also consider ethical issues in undertaking research. Students will be expected to demonstrate an ability to do research and produce an appropriate manuscript for publication.
This course is meant for students who are interested in pursuing graduate studies in Social Sciences or Social Work.

It will also provide students with an opportunity to develop and apply quantitative and qualitative research techniques in the context of various health-related issues.
