so i am a marketing major, i am interning at C.S Reeder LC which is a law firm and i have to do this paper for the class i was wondering if you can help and for my career i want to be a business owner

Employers usually hire us for the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSA) we can and will bring to the organization because our knowledge, skills, and abilities translate into measured benefits for them. I’d like you to think about the knowledge, skills, and abilities you have used in your internship and the value of these to your organization. Then I want you to think about the career you would like to have 5 (or 10) years from now. What new knowledge, skills, and abilities do you need to acquire (that you do not already have) in order to be valuable to others in that career? Briefly tell me about that career. Interview 1-3 people who have a career that interests you and ask them what sorts of knowledge, skills, and abilities are important for success in that career. If no one is available to interview then please do some research about that career in order to learn the sorts of knowledge, skills, and abilities you need for success in the career. From your research (interviews or other research), what knowledge, skills, and abilities do you still need to acquire (that you do not currently have) in order to be valuable in that career?

Submit your written document (as a Word file) to me online as a paper (with paragraphs, not merely a list of answers to the above questions). The paper should be single-spaced, with one-inch margins, 10-12 Times New Roman, and approximately 2 pages in length (excluding cover page and references). In order to receive credit, make sure your references are correctly cited (APA format) in the document as well as in the reference section at the end of the document.
