I already have the first draft of the paper. I attached the link of the first draft. Please work on the final draft by using the ideas and the points made on the first draft ( that I attached in the bottom) so the paper would have the same ideas, please feel free to add more ideas. The paper should be 8 pages.

Please look at the paragraph structure and make sure the paragraphs focus on one main topic. Try to be clear of when you are focusing on the employees of health care and when you are focusing on the patients as that got confusing at times.
